Frequently asked questions

Q. There is no sound.
Please check the iPad’s volume and the 🔇 button at the top right of the game. If the iPad’s silent mode is on, sound may not play.

Q. I want to change a name or photo.
You can change them from “✏️ なまえを かえる” (change names) and “📷 かえる” (change photo) on the first screen. A parental check (choosing the right number button) appears first.

Q. The game doesn’t say my child’s name.
Common Japanese names (about 250) are spoken aloud. For other names, the game calls the child "シェフ" (chef).

Q. I want to restart from the beginning.
You can reset progress for each child from “🔄 はじめから” (start over).

Q. Is any personal information sent?
No. Names, photos and progress are all stored only on the iPad. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.
