Oryouri Kitchen — Privacy Policy

VURA Capital Innovation Holdings Inc. (“we”, “us” or “our”) sets out below how user information is handled in the iPad app “Oryouri Kitchen” (the “App”). The App is intended to be played by young children and is designed not to collect any information about them.

1. Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information about users or children through the App, including names, facial photos, email addresses, location data or device identifiers. The App works without an internet connection and does not send any data to our servers or to any third party.

2. Information stored only on the device
The App lets a parent or guardian enter or choose the following information. All of it is stored only on the iPad in use and is never sent outside the device, including to us.

  • The child’s nickname (the chef’s name in the game)

  • A photo chosen by the parent or guardian (used as a character’s face in the game)

  • Game progress (dishes made, stamps, settings and similar)

A photo is read only when a parent or guardian chooses it from the iPad’s photo library or camera, and it is stored in a reduced size. Access to photos requires the iPad’s permission, and the App can be played without granting it.

3. Deleting information
Photos can be deleted with the "しゃしんを けす" (delete photo) button on the App’s photo screen. Deleting the App from the iPad removes all information the App has stored.

4. Advertising, analytics and external services
The App contains no advertising, no usage analytics tools, no social media integration and no in-app purchases. It also contains no links that leave the game.

5. Parental gate
Actions intended for parents, such as changing names, resetting progress and choosing photos, are protected by a simple check (a parental gate) so that children do not use them by accident.

6. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will announce the change on this page.
